The subconscious mind carries all impressions, memories and abilities from childhood as well as from past lives. It contains the lessons you have come here to learn in this lifetime in the form of attitudes, beliefs and behavior patterns. It contains your hopes, dreams, fears, insecurities, self-sabotage, wounds, and trust issues. Guided Healing Meditation allows you to tap into the subconscious and draw those emotions, incidents, past-life scenarios, attitudes, behaviors and lessons to the surface. At the same time, it will enable you to unlock the vast storehouse which will bring about the greatest fulfillment of your desires and your destiny.

The process of Guided Healing Meditation allows us to heal our wounds by discovering their origins, both in this lifetime and in past lifetimes. For example, if you are being victimized by others in this lifetime, then that is merely an effect caused by your past actions. Cause and effect. Action and reaction. What is the cause of your repeated victimization in this lifetime? If we can discover and isolate this cause, then we can neutralize it and subsequently, heal its negative effects. In almost all cases, the cause occurred in a previous lifetime.

Karma works in that way. Whatever actions you perform in a given lifetime are then experienced as reactions in the following lifetime. Karma is described as good, bad and mixed. So, our goal is to capitalize on your good karma and neutralize your bad karma. The ultimate goal, spiritually speaking, is to get off the karmic wheel of repeated birth and death entirely — the wheel of samsara.

Guided Healing Meditation is a process, which can bring you into touch with your subconscious, your superconscious, and the collective unconscious (the beliefs we all share despite cultural or ethnic differences). It is an intermediate state of consciousness which hovers between wakefulness and sleep. Essentially it is a device for tapping the inexhaustible reservoir in which you accumulate anxieties and fears, desires, and hopes during the course of your lifetimes. These internal conditioning factors maintain their influence over your external behavior, positively and negatively, throughout your lifetime.
